What sets our Executive Search services apart? To start, we recruit and share candidates on a semi-rolling basis, presenting a slate of candidates 6 weeks into the search and, as needed, in additional 6-week increments. Using this process, our executive searches tend to close in significantly less time than industry averages.

Our pricing model is based upon reasonable flat-fees which are agreed to before the start of an engagement and never vary based upon the final salary for a hire. This allows organizations to be as competitive as possible with their offer to the top candidate, without worrying about their search firm fees increasing.

Time and cost savings do not mean shortcuts. We’ve made significant investments in recruitment technologies, search management training, and robust network building, priding ourselves on developing and maintaining strong relationships with both passive and active job seekers, as well as sector influencers and connectors.
